Alvaro and Marta, two young visionaries with shared dreams, met in university classrooms while studying gastronomy. Their friendship grew as they discovered their mutual love for cooking and culinary innovation. Together, they devised a student project that would soon become their passion and path to success: Aromas.
The project initially began as a dream on paper, with sketches of dishes and interior designs on the pages of their notebooks. Alvaro, with his ability to create unique flavors, and Marta, with her talent for design and creativity, merged their skills to bring Aromas to life. The vision was clear: a fine dining restaurant with an avant-garde touch, offering not only culinary delights but also an unforgettable sensory experience.
FOUNDERS
As they moved forward with their project, they faced challenges and obstacles typical of the entrepreneurial journey. However, their determination and passion for their vision drove them to overcome every adversity. They worked tirelessly, from selecting ingredients to choosing the perfect location for their restaurant.
Finally, after months of hard work, Alvaro and Marta opened Aromas in one of the most prominent spots in the city of Valencia. The restaurant became a gastronomic oasis with its décor representing the various cities of Spain, creating a unique and meaningful atmosphere. Every corner of the place told a story, inviting diners on a culinary journey throughout the Iberian Peninsula.
